Our new South Africa recruitment team adds both strength and depth to how we operate. It means more coverage, more sector expertise, and even better support for the specialist construction and building products markets we know inside out.

Meet the Team
Stefany Arumugam – Principal Consultant
Stefany brings seven years of experience in recruitment, especially within the HVAC and engineering sectors. She’s known for her energy, focus, and ability to build lasting relationships. Stefany brings both technical understanding and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities that fit.
Juan Beukman – Principal Consultant
Juan has spent over a decade working across legal, financial, and tech recruitment. He’s held both agency and in-house roles, giving him a well-rounded view of what clients really need. Strategic, thoughtful, and easy to work with, Juan strengthens our leadership search capability across multiple markets.
Laeeka Williams – Delivery Consultant
Laeeka brings a calm, methodical approach to candidate delivery. Her attention to detail and strong commitment to candidate experience make her an ideal fit for our delivery model. She helps keep the process smooth, focused, and aligned at every step.
Storm Van der Hoven – Delivery Consultant
Storm comes from an internal recruitment and onboarding background. She’s organised, empathetic, and understands the pressures that hiring teams face. With Storm supporting our international searches, we know clients and candidates will feel confident and cared for.
Justin Adams – Researcher
Justin joins our research team to support data-driven hiring across the Building Envelope, Modular Construction, Interior Construction, and Woodworking Solutions sectors. His role is all about ensuring we stay sharp in how we identify and engage the best talent, wherever it’s based.

As our client base grows, so does the complexity of the roles we’re asked to deliver. Adding a South African base gives us more capacity, fresh talent, and better time zone coverage. But more importantly, it helps us keep the quality of our delivery high while moving faster.
